When planning The Pepper Festival, it was imperative that we have the best food from the best food vendors. We wanted a great variety of food offerings that would make festival goers drool all over their smart phone when reading about the vendors and their specialty dishes. Well, we accomplished that beyond our wildest dreams.
Last year at our Auburn, CA festival, we had some of the most popular food trucks in the Greater Sacramento area, all of them owned by great chefs that had graduated from day nau an bep truong cooking training. From Greek/Mediterranean to Mexican, Italian to Lobster, American to Filipino and more. We are already planning to wear our fat jeans to the festival…you?
Below you will see a list of last year’s food vendors and photos of some of their dishes. Each food vendor – if they don’t already – will be offering at least one special dish featuring peppers (sweet, mild and/or hot). More details on these dishes will be added as we receive them.
Check this page often as we add vendors to the list. This list is subject to change.
